The livingroom styled with trendy furniture and lights, combined with the tropical colors, will make you feel right at home.
The satellite TV has over 60 channels and there is also a DVD-player, suitable for all regions.
From the living room you can access the porch/terrace where you can relax, feel the trade wind or just watch the beautiful nature in front of you.
Adjacent to the living area, is the dining area (though most of the time you will dine outside on the large terrace).
The rendy kitchen with a cooking island is compleat with new appliances such as a dishwasher, doube door refrigerator with ice dispenser, a blender, coffee machine and toaster. A double sink with hot water.
On this floor you will find a spacious air conditiond bedroom with attached bathroom and french doors that lead to the large terrace.
The use of a DSL-internet connection is free of charge and there is no limit in using the internet. Just bring your laptop.
For your convenience there is also a washer you can use freely. linens and towels will be changed every week.
From the living room a stairway leads to the first floor where the other 3 bedrooms are located.

Arriving upstairs, you will find the Master Bedroom on your right: a very spacious bedroom with attached bathroom.
This bedroom has access to the roof terrace, allowing a breathtaking view to the Spanish Waters and a wide angle over the east side of Curaçao.
Walking to the other two bedrooms on this floor, you have a nice view to the dining area below. The other two bedrooms share one bathroom (shower, toilet and sink).
One of them has also access to the roof terrace, the other one has a view to the natural area in the back of the villa.
The total capacity of the villa, downstairs and upstairs, is 8 people (2 beds on the lower floor, 6 beds on the upper floor).
On one of the bedrooms there is a crib for children up to 2 years of age.
We can provide a second one if you need one.
All the bed linens are provided; the will be replaced every week but you will have a extra set for your convenience, so you can change them in between if you like.
All air conditioners do their job in silence, have remote controls and provide a very comfortable climate during the night.
You can store your valuables in the safe deposit.

On Curaçao the majority of your stay will be spend outside. That is the reason why the outside areas are just as important as the inside areas.
A lot of attention has been made to the garden, pool area and the furniture outside. You will notice the difference with many other vacation homes as soon as you arrive!
There is enough space for 3 cars to park within the premises.
As the lot and garden has a fence, you will have the feeling it is a real villa ‘of your own’ from the very start.
Central point in the garden area is the private pool with water temperatures range from 28 to 32 degrees Celsius year round.
On the pool deck there are many sitting areas with sun beds, chairs and tables for all of the guests.
The covered porch adjacent to the kitchen area hosts a large dining table.
Between the porch area and the pool there is a safe fence; this prevents children walking unattended to the pool area.
Aa concrete BBQ makes it easy to prepare the meat or fish of your choice. Curaçao is well known for its wide availability of good and cheap bbq-dishes!
